Shots:
- Nxera Pharma, through its subsidiary Nxera Pharma Japan, entered an exclusive license, supply and commercialization agreement with Synmosa Biopharma for Quviviq (daridorexant), a treatment for insomnia, across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand
- Synmosa will lead regulatory approvals, market access, marketing, distribution and sales across the eight markets, while Nxera will supply the drug product and provide necessary regulatory support
- Nxera will receive an upfront payment, regulatory approval milestones, sales-based royalties and product supply revenue. The agreement expands Quviviq’s potential availability across Asia-Pacific, building on its progress in Japan and Taiwan and a marketing authorization application under review in South Korea
