IMUNON Reports P-II MRD Trial Data on IMNN-001 for Newly Diagnosed Advanced Ovarian Cancer

- IMUNON has reported preliminary data from its ongoing P-II MRD trial assessing IMNN-001 (intraperitoneally) in combination with SoC neoadj. & adj. CT (N/ACT) + Avastin, in women with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer
- Data from nine pts per arm reaching second-look laparoscopy showed IMNN-001 achieved deeper antitumor responses than control, with lower MRD positivity (44% vs 67%), higher ctDNA clearance (87.5% vs 62.5%), & a higher NED rate after frontline therapy (100% vs 56%)
- IMNN-001, an IL-12 DNA plasmid vector encased in a nanoparticle delivery system, is being evaluated in the P-III (OVATION 3) trial, which is enrolling pts with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer at clinical sites across the US
