- OTR has partnered with LG Chem to identify, evaluate & develop novel oncology assets from China, leveraging OTR’s R&D platform & LG Chem’s global development expertise & commercial infrastructure
- As per the deal, OTR will identify & advance oncology assets through early clinical development in China, while LG Chem will jointly evaluate & license programs, then lead ex-China clinical development, regulatory strategy, and commercialization
- Under the terms of each program-specific agreement, OTR is eligible for upfront payment and development & regulatory milestones, with the option to participate in global development & obtain a share of global rights of late-stage clinical programs
