- As per the deal, Haisco will receive ~$40M in upfront & near-term payments, plus up to $1.421B in development, regulatory, & commercial milestones, with tiered royalties, while retaining rights for NXP100 in India & certain SE Asian territories
- NXP100 is under review in China for paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria & is being evaluated in P-III trial for IgAN & P-II trial for lupus nephritis, while NXP200 is in development for BRAF-mutated cancers. Patent protection extends to 2043 for NXP100 & 2042 for NXP200
