Everest Medicine Licenses Civorebrutinib to Travere Therapeutics in a ~$1.14B Deal

- Travere has entered into an exclusive licensing & collaboration agreement with Everest Medicines for the development & commercialization of civorebrutinib (EVER001) worldwide (excl. China & certain countries in East & Southeast Asia)
- As per the deal, Everest will receive $112.5M upfront & ~$1.03B in cash payments tied to development, regulatory & commercial milestones across up to 5 indications, with tiered royalties, ranging from high single-digit to double-digit percentages
- Civorebrutinib (PO) demonstrated rapid & sustained reductions in anti-PLA2R autoantibodies & proteinuria, alongside high rates of immunologic & clinical remission & stable kidney function through 52wks. in a P-I/II trial of primary membranous nephropathy
