- CSL & Alentis Therapeutics have entered into an exclusive global collaboration agreement to co-develop & co-promote lixudebart across a range of kidney, liver and other diseases
- CSL & Alentis will jointly develop & co-promote lixudebart, with CSL paying $355M upfront & Alentis receiving up to $1.2B in commercial milestones. Once commercialised, global profits will be split 55% to CSL & 45% to Alentis
