- The EMA has approved a label extension of Tecvayli (teclistamab) + Darzalex (daratumumab) for the treatment of adults with r/r multiple myeloma (RRMM) who have received ≥1 prior therapy

- Tecvayli + Darzalex (SC) showed significant PFS & OS benefits, reducing progression or death risk by 83.4% vs SoC at nearly 3yrs., with >90% of 6mos. PFS pts remaining progression-free & 3yr. OS of 83.3% vs 65%
