Shots:
- Amplitude and Lilly entered into a strategic research collaboration and licensing agreement to discover and develop trans-amplifying RNA (taRNA) vaccine candidates for infectious diseases. Lilly retains the option to add up to two additional infectious disease targets.
- The collaboration combines Amplitude’s proprietary taRNA platform with Lilly’s global development, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercialisation capabilities.
- Amplitude will lead taRNA optimisation and selected preclinical research, while Lilly will oversee further development and commercialisation activities
