Shots:
- Lupin, through its wholly owned subsidiary VISUfarma B.V., entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Visus Therapeutics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenpoint Therapeutics, to commercialize YUVEZZI (carbachol and brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic solution) 2.75%/0.1% for presbyopia in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland
- Under the agreement, VISUfarma will hold exclusive rights for regulatory activities, commercialization, marketing, promotion, distribution, and sale of YUVEZZI in the licensed territories
- VISUfarma will make a strategic investment in Visus. Tenpoint and Visus, individually or collectively, will also be eligible for regulatory and commercial milestones and tiered royalties based on net sales
