Tarsus Pharmaceuticals to Acquire Alkeus Pharmaceuticals for ~$800M

- Tarsus Pharmaceuticals has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Alkeus Pharmaceuticals, incl. its lead asset gildeuretinol (ALK-001), expanding Tarsus’ presence in retina care
