- TRANQUILLO (n=607, ≥12yrs.) evaluated 50mg LITFULO and TRANQUILLO 2 (n=1567, ≥18yrs.) evaluated 50 or 100 mg LITFULO. Both the studies achieved F-VASI75 (≥75% improvement in Facial Vitiligo Area Scoring Index) and T-VASI50 (≥50% improvement in Total Vitiligo Area Scoring Index) with a consistent safety profile
- Based on these findings, Pfizer plans to pursue global regulatory filings for LITFULO as a potential oral systemic treatment for adults with NSV and initiate a pivotal 2026 study in moderate alopecia areata.
