Siemens Healthineers announced today the acquisition of Minicare BV. Minicare BV is a privately held company with nearly 15 employees and is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Minicare BV?s handheld technology offers Siemens Healthineers the capability to miniaturize immunoassay testing for point-of-care applications. The deal closed on July 2, 2019. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
