Grievance Redressal

  1. “Complaint” or “Grievance” herein refers to expressed dissatisfaction about the content published by Pharmashots, a division of Octavus Consulting about the Code of Ethics, and following Rule 10 of The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics code) Rules, 2021
  1. Complaints have to be made in a written form or communicated over an electronic medium
  1. Any complaint registered by a complainant must also be supported by additional information and documentation that includes but is not limited to
