- Takeda has presented the P-III (LATITUDE) studies data assessing zasocitinib (TAK-279) in adults with mod. to sev. plaque psoriasis (PsO) at EADV’26
- In P-III (LATITUDE Atlas) study, zasocitinib was superior to deucravacitinib across 1 & all key 2EPs, with complete skin clearance emerging as early as Wk. 8 & 36.5% vs 13.9% pts achieving PASI 100 at Wk. 16. PASI 90 was achieved by 62.5% vs 34.0%, & sPGA 0 by 43.2% vs 18.5%, respectively
- The P-III (Latitude PsO 3001 & PsO 3002) trial showed durable skin clearance through Wk. 52, with ~93% of WK. 24 responders maintaining results. It improved itch & PSSD symptom scores from Wk. 2 & increased DLQI 0/1 responses by Wk. 4 (vs PBO & apremilast)
