- The portfolio incl. ETH47 for asthma & COPD, and ETH52 & ETH53 for mucosal influenza vaccines & pandemic preparedness. The financing will support advancing ETH47 into P-IIb trials in pts with asthma & COPD
- ETH47 is an mRNA-based candidate encoding IFNλ, developed on Ethris’ SNIM RNA & designed to be administered by inhalation or nasal spray using SNaP LNP platforms. It is in P-IIa trial for asthma & will be studied further in COPD studies
