- Trial showed that Enhertu improved PFS as 1L treatment, with trial continuing to evaluate 2EPs incl. OS; data to be presented at an upcoming medical meeting & shared with global regulatory authorities
- Enhertu is a HER2-directed ADC built on Daiichi’s DXd technology, comprising a HER2 mAb linked via cleavable tetrapeptide linkers to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, and is being jointly developed & commercialized by Daiichi Sankyo & AZ
