- Trial is evaluating the safety, tolerability, & preliminary antitumor activity of IPH4502 monotx. in advanced Nectin-4–expressing solid tumors. Preliminary data from 76 pts are expected by year-end & will guide dose optimization in selected tumor types
- IPH4502 features an exatecan topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, designed to potentially overcome MDR1-mediated resistance associated with MMAE-based ADCs without requiring CYP2D6 genotyping
