- Trial met its 1EP, with more treatment-naïve pts (≤6mos.) alive & free of invasive ventilation at 52wks., and achieved all 2EPs, including higher survival without invasive ventilation in pts at 12 & 18mos. of age, plus numerical improvements in other disease progression measures at Wk. 52
- Nexviazyme is an ERT designed for enhanced M6P receptor binding, delivering ~15-fold higher M6P content than Myozyme/Lumizyme to improve cellular uptake and glycogen clearance
