Shots:
- The MHLW has approved Minjuvi (tafasitamab) + Lenalidomide for the treatment of adult pts. with r/r diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
- Approval was based on the international P-II (L-MIND) trial, & a Japanese P-Ib/II (J-MIND) trial (Group 6) assessing Minjuvi + lenalidomide in pts with r/r DLBCL who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant
- As of Nov 20, 2018, L-MIND trial achieved an ORR of 58.8%, incl. a 41.3% CR rate & 17.5% PR rate, with mDOR not reached after ≥44mos. of follow-up. As of Aug 31, 2023 J-MIND trial showed an ORR of 71.4%, incl. 45.2% CR & 26.2% PR rates
