F2G and Shionogi Report Topline P-III (OASIS) Trial Results on Olorofim in Invasive Aspergillosis

- Trial met its 1EP of non-inferiority, with a rate of all-cause mortality of 23.8% vs 24.3% at Day 42, plus demonstrated favorable safety; data to be presented at a future conference & submitted to regulatory authorities in the US by F2G and in EU & Asia by Shionogi
- Olorofim (F901318) is an orotomide-class antifungal candidate with a novel mechanism of action, demonstrating activity against a broad range of Aspergillus species, incl. strains resistant to currently approved therapies
