Edgewise Therapeutics Reports the P-II (CIRRUS-HCM) Trial Data on EDG-7500 for Obstructive and Nonobstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

- Edgewise has reported the 12wk. P-II Part D (CIRRUS-HCM) trial data assessing EDG-7500 (PO) in obstructive (oHCM; n=20) and nonobstructive (nHCM; n=33) Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, where pts in both groups received doses ranging from 25 to 150mg
- In oHCM pts, EDG-7500 showed 90% pts had improved LVOT-G, 74% achieved NT-proBNP normalization, or ≥50% reduction, KCCQ-OSS was improved by a mean of 24 points, 70% pts exhibited improved ≥1 NYHA class, a ~20% mean increase in e’ lateral, & E/e’ improved by a mean of 5.3 points
- In nHCM, EDG-7500 showed ~65% mean decrease in NT-proBNP, with 88% pts achieving normalization or ≥50% reduction & a 37% mean increase in e’ lateral. It improved KCCQ-OSS by a mean of 13 points, improved ≥1 NYHA class in 64% pts, & improved E/e’ by a mean of 6.1 points. Data to support P-III initiation expected in Q4’26
