- AJ1-11095 achieved a 70% SVR35 & 70% TSS50 rate at Wk. 12, with driver mutation VAF reductions observed in 21 pts; among those who reached 24wks. (n=17), 59% achieved ≥20% & 35% achieved ≥50% VAF reductions across JAK2, MPL, & CALR mutations
- AJ1-11095 is being evaluated in an expansion cohort for 2L myelofibrosis, with planned studies in high-risk polycythemia vera & JAK2 inhibitor-naïve myelofibrosis pts
