Shots:
- Oncolytics has reported initial data from a preclinical study assessing pelareorep, a systemically active immunotherapy, in combination with RAS inhibitor modalities, which showed greater anti-tumor activity in a solid tumor model vs either therapy alone
- Based on the findings, Oncolytics is planning additional studies of the combination in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma & colorectal cancer models to evaluate immune activation, durability of tumor response, & time-to-resistance
- Pelareorep is also being evaluated in the combination with KRAS G12C inhibitors, pan-RAS inhibitors, & other next-generation RAS pathway-targeting agents in RAS-mutated tumor models, with the full dataset expected to be presented later in 2026
