Revolution Medicines Highlights P-III (RASolute 302) Trial Results on Daraxonrasib for Previously Treated Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

- As of Feb 10, 2026 (mFU: 8.5mos.), the P-III trial assessing daraxonrasib (300mg, QD, PO; n=248) vs CT (n=252) in previously treated metastatic PDAC, regardless of RAS mutation, met all 1 & key 2EPs, showing benefits in both the RAS G12 mutant (daraxonrasib n=228; CT n=231) & overall population
- Daraxonrasib improved OS by 60% in both RAS G12 & ITT populations, achieving an mOS of 13.2 vs 6.6mos. & 13.2 vs. 6.7mos., respectively. It also significantly improved mPFS (7.3 vs 3.5mos. in RAS G12; 7.2 vs 3.6mos. in ITT) & ORR (33.2% vs 11.8% and 31.6% vs 11.2%) based on BICR; published in The NEJM
- Daraxonrasib delayed time to deterioration in pain, global health status, & QoL. Revolution plans to submit the data to global regulators, incl. the FDA, through an NDA under a CNPV, & has received FDA authorization to initiate an EAP for eligible pts
