- Trial met its 1EP, showing improved rPFS with a hazard ratio surpassing the pre-specified target of 0.63, as most pts remained progression-free; consistent benefit was observed across tumors with both BRCA & non-BRCA HRR alterations
- At interim analysis, results showed a strong trend toward improved OS (2EP), with additional benefits in ORR, DoR, & time to PSA progression; data will be presented at a future conference & discussed with global regulators for potential submissions
