Boston Scientific to Acquire Vertiflex for its Superion Indirect Decompression System

- Boston acquires Vertiflex- in all-stock transaction. Vertiflex to receive $465M upfront and commercial milestones for 3yrs. with the expected closure of acquisition in Q2’19
