Johnson & Johnson Reports P-III (ICONIC-TOTAL) Trial Data on Icotyde for Difficult-to-Treat Plaque Psoriasis

  • J&J has reported the 2yr. P-III (ICONIC-TOTAL) trial data assessing Icotyde vs PBO for the treatment of PsO in pts with at least moderate severity affecting special areas (e.g., scalp, genital, &/or hands and feet)
  • Icotyde maintained durable skin clearance, with IGA 0/1 rates increasing from 57% at Wk. 16 to 67% at Wk. 24 & 70% at Wk. 112. At Wk. 112, 60% achieved complete scalp clearance (ss-IGA 0) & 89% achieved complete genital clearance (sPGA-G 0)
  • At Wk. 112, 63% pts with hand &/or foot psoriasis achieved hf-PGA 0. Nail psoriasis also improved, with mean mNAPSI improvement increasing from 33% at Wk. 16 to 62% at Wk. 52 & 71% at Wk. 112; data were presented at EADV’26
