- ARO-DIMER-PA single doses produced dose-dependent mean maximal reductions in serum PCSK9 of 72% & APOC3 of 88%, along with mean maximal reductions in LDL-C (54%), TGs (73%), non-HDL cholesterol (61%) & ApoB (50%)
- ARO-DIMER-PA is a dual-functional RNAi molecule designed to silence both PCSK9 & APOC3 genes in hepatocytes
