Shots:
- Definium has reported topline P-III (Voyage) trial results assessing DT120 (lysergide, Orally Disintegrating Tablet, 100µg; n=107) vs PBO (n=107) in 214 adults with GAD
- Voyage met its 1EP, with DT120 improving HAM-A scores at Wk. 12 (-11.6 vs -6.2). Efficacy emerged by Day 2 & was sustained through all post-baseline timepoints in Part A
- Key 2EPs showed improvements in CGI-S scores at Wk. 12 (-1.0 vs -0.4) & Day 2 (-1.0 vs -0.2), plus HAM-A score reduction at Wk. 1 (-11.9 vs -4.2). Trial also showed higher HAM-A response rates (43% vs 16%), HAM-A remission rates (14% vs 4%), & HAM-A mild or better rates (51% vs 23%)
