  • Amgen and the Amgen Foundation report an initial commitment of up to $12.5m to support US and global relief efforts addressing the critical needs in communities during COVID-19 pandemic
  • The funds will be used to support local emergency response efforts and patient-focused organizations- mounting their own response efforts & international relief efforts by Direct Relief and International Medical Corps
  • Additionally- Amgen Foundation has supported Free online learning programs to aid students continuing their science education during school closures- including LabXchange and Khan Academy's online learning website
