- Widaplik (GMRx2), a fixed-dose combo of telmisartan, amlodipine, and indapamide, is approved for treating hypertension, including as initial therapy. It comes in three strengths: 10/1.25/0.625 mg, 20/2.5/1.25 mg, and 40/5/2.5 mg
