• AstraZeneca has selected PetaGene’s PetaSuite software to compress the genomics data sets for its Centre for Genomics Research (CGR)- which investigates genetic causes of disease and aims to integrate genomics across AstraZeneca’s drug discovery platform
• The utilization of PetaSuite software will allow CGR to achieve 76% data reduction and 4x expansion of storage capacity so that CGR can achieve its goal to analyze up to two million genomes by 2026
• PetaSuite reduces storage and access costs- accelerates transfers & analyses with simplifying cloud integration for genomic data and managing the compliance via encryption and deep auditing
