Shots:

• Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex (AAKSS) will equip all its emergency service helicopters with the Philips RDT Tempus ALS and Philips IntelliSpace Corsium web-based software platform to save patient’s lives requiring urgent transfer to major trauma centers & will be the first Air Emergency Services in the UK
• The collaboration involves doctor and paramedic to live stream patient’s medical information including ECG- body temperature- HR- pulse & respiration rate and BP from the scene to the receiving hospital- as well as the on-call air ambulance team
• Philips RDT Enhanced Data Service (EDS) technology allows for secure encrypted patient data transmission and provides AAKSS with an interactive ECG measurement and two-way communication- enabling rapid clinical and transport decision support and seamless ePCR integration
