Bausch + Lomb Reports the US FDA’s Approval of enVista Envy Full Range of Vision Intraocular Lens

- The US FDA has granted approval to enVista Envy full range of vision intraocular lens (IOL), providing continuous range of vision to enable dysphotopsia tolerance
- Approval was supported by the US study with 332 individuals, with 86% reporting minimal dysphotopsia (glare, halo, starbursts) and a Canadian study of 110 subjects, out of which 94% had little to no difficulty viewing close objects & 93% were satisfied after surgery
- enVista Envy IOLs will be available in the upcoming weeks on a limited basis across the US with a broader launch in 2025. The company is also pursuing approvals in other regions
