Bionano Launches Stratys System for High Throughput Optical Genome Mapping (OGM)

Shots:

  • The company’s Stratys system offers enhanced flexibility and 4x greater throughput capabilities than its Saphyr instrument. It is compatible with the G2 chemistries and has 3 days of sample-to-answer time for hematological samples examined across the entire genome at high sensitivity to rare variants
  • The system can utilize up to 12 single sample chips for collecting data related to various applications. These chips can be accessed as they complete runs eliminating the necessity to batch multiple samples on a consumable
  • The Stratys system, based on Stratys Compute workstation, provides accelerated data processing for faster and accurate genome analysis eliminating the need for installation in a data center
