Twist Bioscience and Ono Pharmaceuticals Enter into a Licensing Agreement to Discover and Develop Antibodies for the Treatment of Autoimmune Diseases
Shots:
- As per the terms of the agreement, Twist will leverage the Twist Biopharma Solution Library of Libraries to conduct research activities in order to discover novel antibodies against targets identified by Ono for which Twist will receive research fees, success-based clinical & regulatory milestones plus royalties on product sales
- On the other hand, Ono will also make use of the Biopharma Solutions team's scientific knowledge and Twist's Premium Project Management services to assess new targets and develop comprehensive discovery campaigns
- Additionally, Ono will be responsible for the development, manufacturing & commercialization of any products resulting from the collaboration
