Shots:

• Hologic to acquire Bolder Surgical for ~$160M which is a provider of advanced energy vessel sealing surgical devices. The acquisition is expected to be closed by 2021
• The transaction will add laparoscopic vessel sealing- dividing and dissecting devices to the Hologic portfolio and enable it to expand the use of Bolder’s devices to OB/GYN specialists
• The complementary acquisition of Bolder Surgical will add to Hologic’s surgical product line- which includes the NovaSure- the the MyoSure tissue removal devices- the Acessa laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation system and the Fluent fluid management system
